Booking & Scheduling
Appointments may be requested through our website, by phone, or by email.
All service dates and times are subject to availability. LiveEco will confirm each appointment prior to the scheduled service.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about the property and service requirements.
Access to the Property
Clients must ensure safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled service time.
If access is not available at the time of the visit, the appointment may be considered a late cancellation and may be subject to a service fee.
Pricing & Payment
Service pricing may vary depending on property size, condition, and service type.
Estimated starting prices are provided for reference only. Final pricing may be confirmed after reviewing the service details.
Payment is due after the completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted payment methods may include e-transfer, cash, or other agreed methods.
Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Liability & Insurance
LiveEco carries commercial liability insurance coverage up to $2,000,000 to protect both clients and their property.
While we take great care when providing our services, LiveEco is not responsible for pre-existing damage, fragile items not properly secured, or normal wear and tear.
Clients are encouraged to inform us of any delicate or high-value items prior to service.

Our goal is to provide reliable and high-quality service. If you are not satisfied with any part of the service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will review the concern and work toward a reasonable resolution.
